HomeUncategorizedWe are 20 years old – Starting with one horse

20160827_134714[1]Our rescue mission, founded by Patricia and Franklin Sterner, began with the arrival of one blind horse named Mia in September of 1996.  We have now been serving the local communities for 20 years in the rehabilitation of abused, neglected, and unwanted animals including birds, cats, dogs, and horses who find refuge here.

The past 20 years was made possible because of donations made from  all that believe in our mission.  In honor of our 20th anniversary we are hoping you can send us $20.00 in memory of Mia and to honor the 21 horses at our rescue mission now, along with the roomful of birds, a houseful of cats (and a few barn cats), and countless dogs that come and go in our Collie Rescue.  Our goal is to obtain $2000 for this 20th Anniversary month.

Please send your tax-deductible contribution to help us cover expenses to provide food and medicine for our resident animals.  Far Point is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.
